Set the Summary Function for item to “Count” and check the Summarize By box for LPN. 

Set the Summary Function for item to “Total” and check the Group By box for LPN. 

Set the Summary Function for LPN to “Count” and check the Summarize By box for Item. 

Set the Summary Function for LPN to “Total” and check the Group By box for item.
