Clearing the Oracle Order Management Credential will not lead you to a job automatically. Along with experience, a credential would open a lot of doors for you. The consultants who would gain the most from a credential are usually less than two years with project experience. This is not to suggest that consultants with higher experience will not gain, but getting a credential matters far less at that stage.
